TrackingPoint is an Austin based company formed as a marriage between long-range hunting and technology. The goal was to create a state-of-the art precision firearm with active target tracking and sophisticated fire control. It is simply amazing.
TrackingPoint has deep pockets. Let’s put it this way. Floor space at SHOT Show is expensive and smaller companies play a waiting game trying to move up to better locations. Not TrackingPoint – this new company had a premium spot between Sig Sauer and GLOCK!!!
I got invited out to Best of the West shooting range in Liberty Hill to spend a day with the TrackingPoint staff.
