Buck Mark Pro Target 5.5″ bull barrell.

Buck Mark

Buck Mark

I was looking for a well made .22 to use for plinking and to entertain family members who don’t shoot very often – the Browning Buck Mark is the perfect gun for that.  So many of the .22 pistols are cheaply made but the Buck Mark is a great gun.

Now, for the real fun.  I have a Tactical Solutions 5.5″ Trail Lite threaded barrel and can’t wait to acquire a suppressor!  This gun with a suppressor and subsonic ammo will be awesome!

I plan to carry this pistol on most trips to the deer lease to have something to do during the middle of the day.  Would be a fun set up for rabbit hunting.

Cabelas had the Bushnell Micro Trophy red dot on sale and it really transforms the gun.  Mounted it to a Tactical Solutions Picatinny mount.  It is a blast to shoot!  The 3 MOA red dot extends the practical range and the combo is very accurate out to 50 yds.

Well made, feels like a real gun rather than a toy.  Browning reputation for dependability.  Way better gun than the Ruger – primarily in trigger feel.  The Browning has a relatively crisp trigger for a pistol at this price point.

The Buck Mark hits the sweet spot for reliability, fun, and price.
