Browning 1911-22 Black Label

This just in from the Silencer Shop!

Brand new Browning 1911-22 Black Label.  Featuring a threaded barrel, ambidextrous safety and a Picatinny rail.

This is a sweet little suppressor ready 22 in a 1911 format.  It is about 80% of the size of a full size 1911.  G10 grips, 3 dot sights, 2 10rd magazines, 30 tpi checkered front strap and an all black finish.  This is a classy little pistol.

I put my Spectre II on it and will be hitting the range to test it out.

Standby for more updates

I have 1 , I shot 100 rds of 1042fps with no problems. My only complaint is the mag release spring is to weak keep losing the mag in my truck seat!

What were the results of your range testing? Can this pistol be purchased as pictured with threaded barrel and custom grips? If so, where?

Interested in hearing your thoughts after testing. Can this pistol be purchased as pictured with threaded barrel and custom grips? If so, where?

You are correct, no need for subsonic ammo out of a pistol.
Most semi autos have a hard time cycling due to lack of pressure.

I’m thinking of buying my first suppressor. Do subsonic rounds really make any difference on a pistol? I wouldn’t think regular velocity ammo would get up to supersonic anyways out of a semi-auto pistol….
